HSM Worx is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer/Administrator to advance the Zoho CRM platform for recruitment operations in Northgate, Alabang, Muntinlupa, aligning with a US timezone. The role covers development, customization, and rollout across phases for dashboards and AI-enabled automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Zoho CRM experience, Deluge scripting proficiency, strong integration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho CRM.
• Strong Deluge scripting and API integration knowledge.
• Experience with Zoho APIs, REST, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Continue development and customization of Zoho CRM implementation.
• Review Phase 1 configuration, support testing, training, rollout and optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reports for recruiters, management, and clients.
• Maintain and improve integration between ATS and Zoho CRM.
• Build integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
