About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across systems, hardware, software, and CRM platforms. You will work closely with the IT Manager to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, manage integrations, and support automation initiatives. This role is critical in keeping the client’s IT infrastructure running smoothly while ensuring efficient CRM and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting and support for computers, software, tools, and devices
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
• Monitor and resolve network, system, and security issues
• Maintain system documentation and user guides
• Assist internal teams with technical problems and IT requests
• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM
• Build and manage automation workflows using Zapier
• Integrate CRM with Microsoft tools and other platforms
• Support lead management and marketing automation processes
• Use Python or other scripting tools to automate tasks
• Support AI tools and automation initiatives
• Recommend process improvements and system upgrades
• Work closely with the IT Manager
• Maintain logs, system documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Provide training or guidance to team members on IT systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of IT support, system administration, or technical operations experience
