Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions (HGS OSS) is seeking an experienced Admin & Integration Specialist to manage Zoho CRM/Books, build automations and ensure data integrity across platforms. You will lead migrations, configure systems for initial launch and provide post-go-live support with a focus on client adoption.

The role requires hands-on Zoho administration, API and ETL exposure, and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders. AU/NZ experience is a plus, with remote-ready deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience migrating data into Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Books.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Xero data structures.
• Familiarity with APIs, CSV imports and ETL tools.
• Strong attention to data quality, deduplication and field mapping.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical client stakeholders.
• Prior work with Australian or NZ businesses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
• Create and update workflows, blueprints, automations and validation rules.
• Manage integrations with other platforms (email, phone system, web forms, marketing tools etc).
• Build dashboards, custom reports and user views.
• Manage user access, profiles and roles.
• Investigate and resolve system issues and user requests.
• Advise on best practice setup and process improvements.
• Support client adoption and help with training where required

Job description

• Cleanse, map and migrate data into relevant Zoho applications.
• Configure Zoho CRM and Zoho Books for initial launch/use.
• Build basic automations/workflows to mirror or improve existing processes.
• Conduct migration testing and resolve data integrity issues.
• Document migration steps and provide knowledge transfer to ITAaaS and client teams.
• Provide short-term post-go-live support to ensure smooth cutover.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to translate business requirements into system changes.
• Good documentation and change-control discipline.
