The Essential Healthcare Group is seeking an administrative and bookkeeping assistant to support data migration and accurate record-keeping in Xero. You will enter invoices, bills and transactions, assist with AP/AR, and help with month-end tasks while maintaining organised records.

Fluent English is essential for communication with clients and colleagues; experience in outsourcing or shared services is a plus, along with basic bookkeeping knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data migration and maintaining data accuracy.
• Hands-on Xero experience for transactions and reconciliations.
• Background in accounts administration or bookkeeping support.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Migrate data and ensure accuracy, following templates.
• Enter invoices, bills and transactions using coding guidance.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and prepare payment lists.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and flag discrepancies.
• Organise documents and assist with basic reports and month-end.
• Maintain spreadsheets and electronic files; data entry and admin tasks.
