Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking a Workforce Systems Analyst to own the employee monitoring and time-tracking platforms. The role requires hands-on administration, cross-functional collaboration with IT, HR, and Finance, and a commitment to data accuracy and privacy.

You will manage user provisioning, policy configurations, and routine health checks. You will also build and maintain dashboards, investigate anomalies, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear English.

Qualifications

Experience creating reports/dashboards for leadership.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Workforce Systems Analyst – Employee Monitoring & Time-Tracking (Up to ₱60K | Day Shift | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Monday–Friday

You own how GoTeam sees its own workforce. Every productivity, attendance, and utilization number that leadership and department heads rely on runs through the monitoring and time-tracking platforms you administer — and it's your job to keep that data accurate, healthy, and trustworthy as the business scales. Your day moves between provisioning users and agents, watching activity data and alerts, investigating anomalies, and turning raw signals into reports people across the organization actually act on.

This is not a passive reporting role. You work across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance to close coverage gaps, reconcile discrepancies, and hold the standard for how sensitive employee data is handled. Best suited for someone who wants clear ownership of an internal system, exercises real discretion, and takes pride in the evidence being right the first time.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

3+ years administering an employee monitoring / time-tracking platform — Teramind, ActivTrak, Veriato, Hubstaff, Time Doctor, or InterGuard
Direct ownership of productivity, attendance, and utilization reports and dashboards built in intermediate-to-advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts)
Working command of workforce metrics: productivity, utilization, adherence, and attendance
A track record of handling sensitive employee data with discretion, and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear written and verbal English
Ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu on a fixed Monday–Friday day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PHT)

STRONG SIGNALS

Exposure to SQL or a BI / reporting tool (Power BI, Looker Studio)
Background in BPO, shared services, or a remote-workforce environment
Familiarity with endpoint management concepts (agent deployment, device inventory)

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Platform Administration

You own the health and configuration of the monitoring and time-tracking platforms end to end.

Provision users, groups, and agents across the workforce
Configure policies, rules, and license allocation
Run agent health checks and close endpoint coverage gaps

You are the first line of judgment on what the activity data is telling the business.

Review daily activity data and alerts
Investigate anomalies and confirm root cause
Escalate policy violations to the right stakeholders

You turn raw monitoring signals into decisions department heads can make.

Build productivity, attendance, and utilization reports for all GoTeam departments
Maintain scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards
Deliver every reporting cycle on time

You guarantee the numbers hold up when they're challenged.

Reconcile monitoring and time-tracking data against attendance records
Flag and drive resolution of discrepancies
Document activity evidence for investigations and audit requests

Documentation & Rollout

You keep the system knowable and current as tooling changes.

Maintain monitoring policies, configurations, and SOPs
Coordinate with IT on agent installation and user onboarding/offboarding
Lead testing, validation, and rollout as tools are updated or replaced
