GoTeam is hiring an Asset Technician Specialist – IT Asset Management for Cebu IT Park, onsite, night shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will own asset lifecycle records from receipt to retirement and coordinate shipments, tagging, and reconciliation.

The role offers up to ₱40,000 monthly and an opportunity to earn a complimentary AI certification. We value accuracy, accountability, and hands-on ownership of the asset lifecycle, with AI-driven improvements to streamline processes and reduce downtime

2+ years in asset management, IT support, or a related role, preferably in a BPO or IT-driven environment.
Direct ownership of asset records, equipment tagging, deployment/retrieval documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements for asset handling.
The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
The ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a fixed night shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Asset Technician Specialist – IT Asset Management (Up to ₱40K | Onsite | Night Shift | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | 10:00 PM–7:00 AM | Monday to Friday

You own the physical and recorded truth of every asset GoTeam puts into a team member's hands — from the moment equipment arrives from a supplier to the day it's retrieved, transferred, or retired. This role exists because assets that aren't tracked, tagged, and verified become losses, audit gaps, and downtime the business can't afford as it scales.

Day-to-day, you inspect and document equipment on receipt and return, coordinate shipments and warranty checks with couriers and suppliers, reconcile physical inventory against the asset register, and keep team members informed through every deployment and pick‑up. This suits someone who treats accuracy as non-negotiable, wants hands‑on ownership over a full asset lifecycle, and is ready to build AI‑driven ways to make the process faster and tighter.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

2+ years in asset management, IT support, or a related role, preferably in a BPO or IT-driven environment

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Asset Lifecycle Management

You own every asset from arrival to disposal — nothing moves without a record.

Oversee deployment, replacement, upgrades, transfers, retrieval, and disposal of assets
Maintain accurate records and tagging for all equipment, furniture, and fixtures
Reconcile physical inventory against the asset register

Receiving & Delivery Verification

You are the checkpoint that guarantees what was ordered is what actually arrived.

Coordinate with security to confirm delivery reports match units received
Sign off on delivery reports and verify completeness
Inspect equipment on receipt and return, documenting condition through video

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

You keep equipment moving to the right people on the right timeline.

Pack and ship equipment, coordinating couriers for delivery, retrieval, and warranty checks
Monitor shipments through to delivery confirmation
Select courier options that protect timeliness

Team Member Communication

You run the end-to-end shipping experience so team members are never left guessing.

Notify team members of shipping and pick‑up details
Confirm successful delivery and receipt of equipment
Issue Gate Passes and Transfer Request Forms

AI Utilization

You build the tools that make asset operations faster and more accurate.

Develop and deploy AI solutions and agents to optimize asset workflows
Identify manual, repetitive processes ready for automation
