Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Housekeeping Personnel (Onsite) in Cebu City. You will own the day-to-day cleanliness, safety, and readiness of company premises, shared spaces, utility areas, and kitchen facilities, following established sanitation and safety standards across facility and kitchen operations.

This role goes beyond basic housekeeping, involving minor maintenance, workplace setups, and daily upkeep with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in housekeeping/utilities/facilities or similar roles.
• Hands-on cleaning, sanitation, waste management, shared space upkeep.
• Willingness to handle basic maintenance tasks and organize supplies.
• Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Experience in kitchen operations or food prep areas is a plus.
• Above-average English communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts onsite.

You own the day-to-day cleanliness, safety, and readiness of company premises, shared spaces, utility areas, and kitchen facilities — keeping the workplace organized and functional for the whole business. Your work follows established sanitation, safety, and food-handling standards across facility and kitchen operations.

This role goes beyond basic housekeeping. You take ownership of maintaining premises, equipment, and kitchen areas, and are trusted to handle minor maintenance, workplace setups, and daily upkeep without close supervision. Best suited for dependable, hands-on professionals who take pride in keeping their surroundings organized and can confidently follow both verbal and written instructions.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, utility, facilities, or similar roles, preferably within the BPO, hotel, or corporate environment

• Hands-on experience with general cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and maintaining shared workplace areas

• Willingness to handle basic maintenance tasks, workplace setups, and organizing utility supplies

• Basic knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and workplace safety procedures

• Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, or maintaining food preparation areas is a plus

• Above-average English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts onsite
