Job summary

VCC Link, Inc. is seeking an experienced workforce management professional to lead scheduling operations in a global captive center.

You will act as subject matter expert for scheduler timekeeper coordinators, support onboarding and mentoring, and collaborate with team leads and department leadership to ensure smooth daily coverage. You will oversee all post-schedule maintenance within the electronic staffing system, monitor KPIs and SLAs, escalate recruitment needs based on volumes, and guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of workforce management and staffing operations experience (Manager).
• 3+ years in staffing/scheduling and 3+ years of supervisory/people management experience
• Experience with UKG/Kronos in healthcare setting is mandatory
• Knowledge of EPIC/ConnectCare OpTime.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor: 3+ years of experience with staffing/scheduling and 3+ years of supervisory/people management experience
• Analyst: 3 years of experience with staffing, workforce and scheduling software
• Must have an experience with UKG/Kronos preferably from a healthcare company. Non negotiable
• Preferably Registered Nurse (RN), UKG Certified
• Strong knowledge of EPIC/ConnectCare OpTime
