The role requires healthcare workforce management experience, strong UKG Workforce Management knowledge, and the ability to drive service excellence through stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years using workforce scheduling systems in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
• 3+ years leading or supervising a team.
• Strong workforce planning and scheduling expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• UKG Workforce Management experience.
• UKG Certification.
• Experience in healthcare staffing operations.
• Experience in unionized or labor-regulated environments.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Workforce Management Supervisor to lead our centralized scheduling operations supporting a large healthcare network. Reporting to Workforce Management leadership, you will oversee a team responsible for workforce scheduling, staffing optimization, and operational coverage across a 24/7 healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a scheduling leader with healthcare workforce management experience and strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management or similar staffing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a centralized scheduling team

• Ensure staffing schedules meet operational requirements, coverage standards, and skill mix needs

• Monitor staffing forecasts and workforce demands

• Coordinate schedule balancing, maintenance, and optimization activities

• Provide guidance on scheduling processes, workforce policies, and labor management practices

• Act as an escalation point for scheduling-related concerns

• Drive service excellence through proactive stakeholder communication

• Monitor team performance and achievement of KPIs

About you
