Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze and improve operations. You will document SOPs, map workflows, and support standardization across departments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of BPM experience. This onsite role is in Manresa, Quezon City, offering opportunities to drive process digitization and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business process management or related roles.
• Experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and SOP development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Amenable to work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Document and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct process reviews and recommend improvements based on operational requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather process requirements and understand current workflows.
• Identify process gaps, duplication of work, unnecessary steps, and potential areas for automation.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of revised processes.
• Establish process standards, controls, and documentation to promote consistency across departments.
• Assist in developing process metrics and KPIs to measure operational performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Facilitate process improvement meetings, workshops, and discussions with process owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare process improvement reports, recommendations, and management presentations.
• Ensure that process documentation is updated whenever there are changes in policies, systems, organizational structures, or workflows.
• Support the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Assist in change management activities related to new or improved processes.
• Work closely with IT and other relevant teams on system enhancements, automation, and process digitization initiatives.
• Conduct periodic process audits or reviews to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
