The role focuses on embedding controls, defining requirements, and coordinating UAT with software engineering teams to ensure automated systems meet design specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, systems design, or operations consulting.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and requirements management software.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and system integration principles.
• Excellent communication to explain complex workflows to non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state workflows and design optimized future-state processes.
• Identify operational risks and embed automated and manual internal controls within workflows.
• Define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software engineering teams.
• Review data architectures and integration points to eliminate manual data entry dependencies.
• Create test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to verify that automated systems meet design specifications.
