Responsibilities

• Business Discovery & Process Analysis: Meet stakeholders and document workflows.
• Process Documentation: Create workflow maps, SOPs, and system walkthroughs.
• Process Improvement & Automation Readiness: Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Present findings clearly to leaders and teams.
• Reporting & Deliverables: Produce process inventories and executive summaries.
