Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as flowcharts and SOPs.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate performance and establish benchmarks.
• Participate in process improvement projects and support change implementation.
• Communicate updates and assist in training affected employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align process initiatives with organizational goals.
