MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a dynamic Process Engineer to drive detailed process discovery, mapping, and redesign within MediCard’s enterprise BPM framework.

You will work with the Process Architect to ensure redesigned processes align with governance standards and transformation objectives. You will analyze workflows, document To-Be processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and the Automation & AI COE to prepare for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned business domains using enterprise BPM standards and modeling conventions established by the Process Architect. (20%)
• Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with the enterprise process architecture framework, ensuring consistency with established standards and methodologies.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, applying lean and value-driven improvement techniques.
• Prepare process documentation and artifacts including process maps, procedures, and design documentation in accordance with enterprise BPM governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and transformation initiatives to ensure redesigned processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Identify and prepare automation-ready processes, supporting the Automation & AI COE pipeline by structuring processes for automation feasibility assessment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements by incorporating governance requirements into detailed process designs in coordination with the Process Architect and Process Compliance Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring process performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and feeding insights into transformation planning.
