TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Business Process Analyst/Admin to evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements.

The role involves overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure compliance and efficiency in our Tagum-based operations in the Philippines. You will gather metrics, prepare analytical reports, and collaborate with HR, Audit, and Operations to align processes with company strategy and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, operations management, or supervisory administrative roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business workflows across departments, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and design streamlined SOPs.
• Gather operational metrics, generate analytical reports, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with HR, Audit, and Operations to standardize best practices and ensure process changes align with company strategy.
