Job summary

Recruitify HR is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules in alignment with business requirements. You will gather requirements, configure the system, test, and provide user support to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid Workday HCM experience with exposure to other modules such as Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits, and be able to collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Workday HCM (core module) experience.
• Experience with at least one additional Workday module (Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits).
• Workday configuration experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support Workday modules.
• Gather requirements and perform system configuration.
• Create and execute tests and provide user support.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Document processes and support ongoing optimization of Workday workflows.
