Job summary

HRTX is seeking an HCM Analyst to serve as an HR technology contact across HR functions and to help identify, plan, and implement Workday systems and process improvements.

The role focuses on implementation, configuration, and support of Workday modules, BAU support for global users, and contributing to business transformation across HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruit, and Security.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multinational technology organization.
• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced formulas/macros.
• Knowledge of HR systems reporting and project management.
• HR experience and understanding of HR policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support to global business users and HR.
• Own queries and manage them with focus on user experience.
• Configure changes to Workday modules and manage release cycles.
• Prepare data uploads into Workday using EIB templates.
• Support key projects and HR system implementations.
