Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- 3+ years in a Team Lead/Technical Lead role supporting Workday solutions.
- Experience leading Workday application specialists.
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM knowledge: Core HCM, Absence, Talent & Performance, Learning, Recruiting.
- Familiarity with external Workday integrations and Agile IT delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Workday team.
- Provide technical leadership across solution design and standards.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of Workday HCM services.
- Manage team capability, succession planning, and performance development.
- Partner with stakeholders to align resources and delivery expectations.
- Drive engagement, service excellence, and operational performance.
