Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS or IT-Engineering field.
• Strong Workday implementation experience.
• 5+ years Workday experience.
• SME of at least one Workday module.
• Workday certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer support including workforce and service levels.
• Lead team planning, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday ecosystem.
• Oversee workload, escalation paths, and resource allocation.
• Forecasting and utilization of the team.
• Handle post go-live change requests and end-to-end testing with hypercare.
• Establish processes, standards, and key metrics for daily operations.
• Create internal training materials for new functionality deployment.
• Support customer satisfaction and success.
