• Experience leading Workday application specialists.
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM knowledge: Core HCM, Absence, Talent & Performance, Learning, Recruiting.
• Familiarity with external Workday integrations and Agile IT delivery.

We are looking for a Workday HCM Team Lead. This role will lead a small team of Workday developers in supporting and enhancing Workday HCM solutions. Responsible for team performance, capability development, technical leadership, and delivery outcomes in partnership with product and business stakeholders.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, development standards, and problem resolution.
• Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM services.
• Manage team capability, succession planning, and performance development.
• Partner with stakeholders to align resources, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Drive strong team engagement, service excellence, and operational performance.

Key Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or People Leadership role supporting Workday solutions
• Experience leading Workday application specialists
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Recruiting, etc.
• Experience with external integrations to Workday is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, software development practices, and IT service management.
• Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
