Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HRIS administration, configuration, and business process design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and technical specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using HR platforms.
• Able to lead multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Experience mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and HR tech solutions for Time Tracking and Scheduling.
• Manage HRIS projects including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
• Serve as SME for HR modules and business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce decisions.
• Drive data governance and maintain data quality and compliance.
• Coordinate testing activities and support system integrations and issue resolution.
• Create process docs and training materials; mentor HRIS analysts.
