Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in a Team Lead/Technical Lead role supporting Workday.
• Experience leading Workday application specialists.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Recruiting, etc.
• Experience with external integrations to Workday is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and IT service management.

We are looking for a Workday HCM Team Lead. This role will lead a small team of Workday developers in supporting and enhancing Workday HCM solutions. Responsible for team performance, capability development, technical leadership, and delivery outcomes in partnership with product and business stakeholders.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, development standards, and problem resolution.
• Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM services.
• Manage team capability, succession planning, and performance development.
• Partner with stakeholders to align resources, priorities, and delivery expectations.

Key Skills and experience:
