Job summary

Cognizant in Metro Manila is seeking an HCM Manager to provide leadership and expert advice to management and team members. You will work with multiple teams to identify project needs, assign staffing, and balance consultants’ work-life.

The role reports to a Senior Manager within Delivery and involves guiding Workday implementations, coordinating resources, and ensuring delivery excellence across modules, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or IT-Engineering is required.
• Strong Workday implementation experience.
• 5 years’ experience with Workday.
• SME of at least 1 Workday Module.
• Workday certification is an advantage (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills; can manage customer expectations.
• Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of customer support including workforce management and service levels.
• Leads Workday project planning, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance with clients.
• Oversees workload, escalation path for high-priority issues, and resource allocation.
• Forecasts and monitors team utilization.
• Handles post go-live changes and End-to-End testing with customers through hypercare.
• Develops processes, standards, and key metrics for day-to-day operations.
• Builds training materials and packs for new functionality deployments.
• Supports customer satisfaction and success through effective collaboration.
