Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or IT-Engineering related field is required.
• Strong Workday implementation experience.
• 5 years’ Workday SME experience with at least 1 module.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management.
• Leads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday ecosystem.
• Oversees workload, escalation paths for high-priority issues, and resource allocation within the team.
• Forecasts and manages team utilization; coordinates post go-live changes and hypercare support.
• Builds training materials and deployment packs for new functionality and customer offering.
