Cognizant in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HCM Manager to lead Workday-focused delivery efforts. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to plan, design, test, deploy, and sustain Workday solutions while ensuring service quality and team wellbeing.

The role emphasizes staffing, project coordination, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders, with remote work options and a dynamic, fast-paced environment across a global delivery network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or IT-Engineering related field is required.
• Strong Workday implementation experience.
• 5 years’ Workday SME experience with at least 1 module.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and identify risks.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all aspects of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management.
• Leads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday ecosystem.
• Oversees workload, escalation paths for high-priority issues, and resource allocation within the team.
• Forecasts and manages team utilization; coordinates post go-live changes and hypercare support.
• Builds training materials and deployment packs for new functionality and customer offering.
