Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Workday HCM Team Lead to guide a small group of Workday developers, ensuring reliable service delivery and ongoing improvement of HCM solutions.

You will partner with product and business stakeholders, coach talent, drive performance, and shape resources, priorities, and delivery expectations in a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a Team Lead/Technical Lead/People leadership role supporting Workday solutions.
• Experience leading Workday application specialists.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Recruiting, etc.
• Experience with external integrations to Workday is an advantage.

We are looking for a Workday HCM Team Lead. This role will lead a small team of Workday developers in supporting and enhancing Workday HCM solutions. Responsible for team performance, capability development, technical leadership, and delivery outcomes in partnership with product and business stakeholders.
