Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in a Team Lead/Technical Lead role supporting Workday.
• Experience leading Workday application specialists.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Recruiting, etc.
• Experience with external integrations to Workday is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and IT service management.

• Lead a small team of Workday developers.
• Provide technical leadership across solution design and standards.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of Workday HCM services.
• Manage team capability, succession planning, and performance development.
