Job summary

Network Solutions in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks an experienced Technical Troubleshooter to diagnose and resolve WordPress, hosting, and application issues. You will investigate PHP errors, plugin/theme conflicts, and configuration problems, and collaborate with clients to clarify goals and apply lasting fixes.

You will handle migrations, backups, and support inquiries, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with customers across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong WordPress troubleshooting skills, including plugins, themes, databases, migrations, and performance issues.
• Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, DNS, SSL, FTP/SFTP, and web hosting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask while meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve website, hosting, and application issues across WordPress and other supported CMS platforms.
