Job summary

Network Solutions in Cebu City is seeking entry-level technical support specialists to join our team. You will help customers with domain, DNS, web hosting, and email configuration, solving problems with strong English and curiosity.

You will work with chat, email, and calls, handling non-technical customers while resolving technical issues, and you’ll learn continuously in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values hands-on skill development.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Fresh graduates (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields) encouraged to apply, with no prior work experience.
Experience with web hosting, domains, or DNS.
Familiarity with tools like cPanel, WHM, or WordPress.
Previous technical support experience.
Upselling experience welcome, especially for moving into technical hosting and domain support.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer issues related to domain names, DNS records; Web hosting (cPanel, servers, uptime issues); Email setup (SMTP, IMAP, MX records); Basic website issues (WordPress, SSL, connectivity).
Communicate with customers via chat, email, and/or calls.
Handle frustrated or non-technical customers while resolving technical problems.
Research and learn new solutions independently.
Work with internal teams (sysadmin, billing, abuse, etc.) when needed.
