LevelUp is hiring a detail-oriented L1 Hosting Tech Support Agent for fully remote work in the Philippines. You will handle live chats and tickets for hosting customers, focusing on WordPress issues, DNS/SSL, and MySQL. Expect a fast-paced, empathetic service culture with KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–2 years of solid technical hosting support experience.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Solid knowledge of WordPress core, plugins, themes, and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for hosting customers via live chat and ticketing (Zendesk).
• Troubleshoot hosting and WordPress issues, identify root causes, and resolve on first contact where possible.
• Assist with WordPress tasks: core files, plugins, themes, and configurations.
• Check DNS, SSL certificates, and server accessibility; resolve related issues.
• Handle basic MySQL queries and site migrations as needed.
• Use Linux CLI for server diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Document issues meticulously and escalate complex problems to seniors when needed.
• Meet KPIs: CSAT, AHT, QA scores, acceptance rate, and wait times.
• Maintain active presence on Slack and Zendesk during shifts.
