Key duties include building relationships with retail, corporate, and HORECA clients; presenting wine products; delivering excellent service; and assisting in daily wine bar operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail, corporate, and HORECA clients while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Present and promote wine products to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including wine recommendations and product education.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the wine portfolio and communicate product features and stories effectively.
• Assist in the daily operations of the wine bar and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with the Sales Admin and Key Accounts Team regarding billing, invoicing, and sales documentation.
• Consolidate daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Ensure sales invoices, charges, payments, and cash transactions are processed accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to address client needs.
• Prepare and submit required sales and activity reports on schedule.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
