TRANSNATIONAL DIVERSIFIED GROUP, INC. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate with a passion for wine to join our team. You will build relationships with retail, corporate, and HORECA clients while promoting our wine range.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You’ll learn wine education, deliver exceptional service, handle daily bar operations, and support billing and reporting with the Sales Admin and Key Accounts teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail, corporate, and HORECA clients.
• Present and promote wine products to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including wine recommendations and product education.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the wine portfolio and communicate product features.
• Assist in the daily operations of the wine bar and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin and Key Accounts regarding billing, invoicing, and sales documentation.
• Consolidate daily sales reports and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure sales invoices, charges, payments, and cash transactions are processed accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare and submit required sales and activity reports on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
