Job summary

Wine Portal Holding Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Trade) to drive growth across on-trade and off-trade channels in the Philippines. You will build strong trade relationships, expand market presence, and execute initiatives to strengthen the wine portfolio.

The role requires 2–5+ years in wine or related sales, a solid understanding of wines, and the ability to close deals with key accounts. A results-oriented, proactive approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of wine, FMCG, beverage, or hospitality sales.
• Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and trends.
• WSET certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in on-trade and off-trade sectors.
• Grow distribution footprint and listings across key accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key trade partners.
• Conduct regular sales visits, tastings, and product presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive awareness and education of the wine portfolio to trade customers.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and trade campaigns.
