Singapore Straits Wine Company Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in the Philippines to support day-to-day store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will upsell wines, handle transactions, maintain clean visual merchandising, and follow food hygiene and safety guidelines.

Work closely with HQ teams and participate in promotions and events while building strong customer relationships. The role offers staff discounts, commissions, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine sales or F&B preferred.
• Passion for wines.
• WSET or food hygiene certificates an advantage.
• Well organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries politely.
• Upsell wines and related products to customers.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash/ POS at close.
• Maintain store presentation, stock counts and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with HQ teams and participate in sales campaigns.
