Job summary

Cosmic Technologies Incorporated is seeking an energetic on-site Wine & Spirits Sales Representative to develop strategies, manage key accounts, and expand market share in Metro Manila. You will engage retailers, restaurants, bars, and distributors through tastings, presentations, and targeted outreach.

The role requires a business-related degree, strong knowledge of wines and spirits (WSET/Sommelier a plus), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel and work

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course with a business-related field.
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits; WSET or Sommelier certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work full-time onsite in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies; identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong market presence.
• Manage and grow existing accounts; upsell and cross-sell wines and spirits.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts: retailers, restaurants, bars, distributors and wholesalers.
• Regularly meet with clients to understand needs, offer product solutions and educate on the wines and spirits portfolio.
• Identify opportunities through prospecting, networking and industry research.
• Present product portfolios via tastings, presentations and events.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territories to increase market penetration.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions and contract terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management; monitor performance against targets and market conditions.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador at trade shows, events and industry gatherings.
