Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking a Process Specialist to work onsite in Alabang. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of WFM experience, preferably in BPO/shared services. Responsibilities include generating volume forecasts, optimizing staffing, and providing analytical support to business initiatives. Qualifications
