Private Advertiser in Alabang is seeking a Workforce Management Manager to lead the workforce planning, scheduling, and monitoring efforts. The role requires coordinating staffing commitments and delivering timely reports to management and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a WFM role within a BPO setup, plus a Bachelor's degree. Onsite, full-time with shifting schedules, and strong MS Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience as WFM Manager; 5–7 years as Asst. Manager in a BPO setup preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Alabang on shifting schedule.

Responsabilités

• Compile and interpret statistical information solutions to program performance issues with the Operations Management Team.
• Review scheduling needs on weekly basis to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and distribute to the Management Team.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on time as requested by internal and external clients.
• Coordinate staffing commitment and delivery to client.
• Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of current and proposed systems and tools used for planning, scheduling, forecasting and real-time monitoring.
• Manage the staff schedules and responsibilities of workforce management team.
• Conducts performance management system (PMS) review for direct report(s) in accordance with company standards.
