Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Alabang is seeking a Process Specialist - WFM to ensure optimal staffing for client operations. The role requires building forecasts, staffing models, and analytical support for business initiatives in a shift-based onsite environment.

You will collaborate with business partners to monitor volumes, occupancy, and planning accuracy, with opportunities for a quarterly bonus and benefits from Day 1. Start date is ASAP; experience with Excel and WFM tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3 years of WFM experience, preferably in BPO/Shared Services.
• Exposure to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting and Reporting.
• Knowledge with WFM Scheduling tools is a plus.
• Strong MS Office Tools (Excel).
• Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite Alabang.
• Able to start ASAP.
• Update CV to indicate experience with RTA, Excel, Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning.

Responsibilities

• Create forecast and staffing models to staff partner's workforce.
• Provide analytical support for business initiatives and market conditions.
• Provide resource planning oversight to one or more business units.
• Build relationships with business partners.
• Identify upcoming initiatives impacting volumes or staffing.
• Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact center or processing departments.
• Monitor staffing drivers vs. plan (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy).
• Include health coverage and quarterly performance bonus as part of the package.
