Outsourced, a leading Philippines outsourcing company based in Metro Manila, is hiring a Welcome Team Advisor to drive client growth through inbound/outbound calls and proactive customer engagement.

You will handle inquiries, guide onboarding, and promote our range of services, while meeting sales KPIs and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Remote role with UK/US shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

Job Overview:

As a Welcome Team Advisor, you will have an impact in increasing the client's customer base by identifying their needs and showcasing the company's solutions. Therefore, you will be a main point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting range of products and services, and ultimately achieving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads as well as live chat.
• Meeting set KPI's for conversion rates, activity levels and sales targets.
• Handling objections to encourage customer sign-ups.
• Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.
• Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must be residing within Metro Manila
• At least 5+ years of international sales experience
• You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
• Having tenacity and a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.
• You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about umbrella company services and possess a high level of resilience with a passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 4:00PM - 1:00AM / 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time (Must be flexible and open to working both UK and US shift patterns as required.)

Work Setup:

Home-based

• Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
• Must have own laptop/PC for taking assessments and client interviews
