Job summary

Outsourced, a leading Philippines outsourcing company based in Metro Manila, is hiring a Welcome Team Advisor to drive client growth through inbound/outbound calls and proactive customer engagement.

You will handle inquiries, guide onboarding, and promote our range of services, while meeting sales KPIs and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Remote role with UK/US shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international sales experience.
• Must reside within Metro Manila.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Tenacity with proven targets achievement.
• Ability to quickly learn about umbrella company services and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and manage live chat with warm leads.
• Meet KPIs for conversion rates, activity, and sales targets.
• Handle objections to encourage sign-ups.
• Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.
• Guide customers through onboarding using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
