Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking two Weekend Logistics Coordinators to fortify our network during non-standard hours. Lead critical operations, safeguard supply chain continuity, and resolve high-stakes customer escalations on weekends.

In this role you will monitor shipments using TMS and tracking tools, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless handoffs. Strong English communication and autonomous problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics coordination or Track & Trace with direct customer contact.
• CSR or high-volume call/chat support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear and diplomatic updates.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work autonomously.
• Hands-on with TMS, tracking tools, and multi-channel comms.
• Meticulous data entry and fraud prevention discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee freight tracking and status updates on weekends.
