Responsibilities

• Load Tracking & System Management.
• Real-Time Dashboards: Maintain and continuously update the internal load dashboard.
• Data Logging: Register load details from carriers/drivers into the system.
• Milestone Confirmation: Confirm pickups and deliveries; track loads and update check calls.
• Carrier Communication: Call drivers/dispatchers for ETAs and current locations; verify hours.
