Job summary

Bluehost is seeking a Customer Service and Technical Support professional to join our Cebu City team. You will handle inbound calls for sales, retention, troubleshooting, and cancellations, and perform outbound follow-ups during scheduled hours.

Applicants should have 1+ year in CS/Tech Support within a BPO environment and 1+ year in sales (cross-selling/upselling). Web hosting experience and basic PuTTY/Pega familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Customer Service and Technical Support experience in a BPO setting.
• 1+ year of sales experience in cross-selling/upselling within a customer support or BPO environment.
• Background in Web Hosting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PuTTY and Pega is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for sales, retention, troubleshooting, and cancellations, and make outbound follow-up calls during scheduled hours.
• Achieve productivity, quality, sales, and revenue targets, handle time, schedule adherence, and service requests.
• Configure and troubleshoot web/email related errors with domains and products.
• Provide tailored recommendations to customers and report faults to helpdesk or supervisors.
