You will conduct Training Needs Analysis, develop role-plays, coach on billing processes, and measure training effectiveness, partnering with Operations and Leadership to align initiatives with performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, organizes, and delivers orientation, upskilling, and refresher training programs.
• Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Develops role-playing activities and practice sessions for learners.
• Trains employees on billing processes, tools, and systems.
