Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat for travel bookings, cancellations, upgrades, and loyalty redemptions.
• Proactively upsell travel packages, add-ons, and loyalty memberships through consultative conversations.
• Accurately input and update customer data, reservation details, and service notes in CRM and travel management systems.
