Responsibilities

Lead a team of 25–30 QC reviewers across Credit Middle Office operations.
Ensure client setup for lines of credit and confirm complete documentation.
Ensure compliance with Private Banking guidelines and lending regs.
Review covenant terms, identify resolutions, and escalate as needed.
Coordinate with global partners on governance and quarterly reviews.
Manage team compliance, SLAs, and quality reporting to stakeholders.
Provide coaching and career development for team members.
