JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Vice President of client account management to lead day-to-day servicing strategy for a portfolio of institutional relationships. You will act as a senior escalation point and drive service consistency, operational excellence, and risk management.

You will partner across investments, product, operations, technology, and governance to deliver scalable solutions, improve operating models, and ensure strong controls and client outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant asset management or institutional client service experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client servicing operations.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and oversee risk and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to balance client needs with operational controls.
