JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks a Fund Accounting Manager to lead oversight of external service providers supporting pooled investment vehicles, ensuring operational, financial reporting, and regulatory deliverables meet defined standards.

You will identify risks, drive governance, and manage governance materials, vendor oversight, and month-end/quarter-end reporting, partnering with stakeholders to elevate controls and service delivery.

Competenze

• 10 years of experience in investment fund services including fund accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Experience overseeing third-party fund administration and driving quality and timeliness.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and pooled/private vehicles.
• Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and fund regulatory frameworks.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management across functions.
• Strong internal controls design, testing, and evidence collection.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentation development.

• Lead a Manila-based fund controller team and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Implement a risk-based oversight model for core fund operations (NAV, expenses, pricing).
• Review fund administrator outputs and drive issue resolution and control evidence.
• Oversee periodic financial reporting and support audits and materials preparation.
• Review regulatory filings and coordinate timely completion with stakeholders.
• Maintain governance over data entry and internal platforms used for oversight.
• Monitor publication requirements and ensure process adherence.
• Prepare governance materials for fund governing forums.
• Perform vendor oversight and drive service delivery improvements.
• Produce metrics and management reporting highlighting risks and initiatives.
