JPMorganChase is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager in Manila to lead the external service provider oversight, ensuring NAV accuracy, fee billing integrity, and timely financial reporting. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive process improvements in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires deep fund accounting knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and proven leadership to guide a cross-functional team through audits and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment fund services including financial and regulatory reporting.
• Overseeing third-party fund administration and driving quality, timeliness, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS and fund-related regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Manila-based fund controller team and manage day-to-day oversight activities.
• Execute a risk-based oversight model across key fund operations (NAV calculation, expenses, billing, price publication).
• Review fund administrator outputs and drive issue identification, resolution, and control evidence.
• Oversee periodic financial reporting and support audits, coordinating materials.
• Review regulatory filings for registered and private vehicles and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain governance over internal platforms and reference databases used for oversight and reporting.
• Monitor publication requirements and escalate when needed.
• Prepare governance materials for fund forums (minutes, updates, etc.).
• Produce metrics and management reporting to elevate issues and risks.
