WAVE 1:

Call Center Representative - Voice & Non-Voice (Chat & Email Support)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through Calls, chat, email, and ticketing systems — no phone calls involved. You will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

• At least HS/SHS/College Undergrad with 1 yr Call center experience
