ClearSource is seeking a Sales Support Representative for the Home Warranty Campaign in Pasig. You will support homeowners by explaining warranty options, handling renewals, and guiding new coverage choices while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year sales experience in a call center setting.
• Willingness to work onsite at the office location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to discuss policy renewals and new coverage options.
• Assist homeowners with policy transitions, renewals, and new account setups.
• Explain home warranty benefits, terms, and limitations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up on expired policies and missed payments to keep customers covered.
• Build emotional connections with customers by listening, engaging, and personalizing solutions.
• Aim for one-call resolution to provide a seamless experience.
• Track sales performance and meet or exceed targets set by management.
• Attend meetings and stay updated with product changes and company policies.
